Smallbox Service Level Agreement Update

Smallbox has posted an updated Service Level Agreement at www.smallbox.ca/sla. Based on client feedback, our intent with this update is to better clarify the services we provide on an ongoing basis, what is covered and what is not. While the monthly rates for the Smallbox Basic and Standard packages remain unchanged, we have made some modest increases to our hourly rates. This was last done in 2010. New pricing will go into effect on June 1, 2018.
